Pumpkin bread!

I bought a baking pumpkin last week and it needs to get used as well as my zucchini from the garden..
so I printed one more, for now- enjoy! soaked pumpkin bread

Soaked flour is better for you. Even better is soaked fresh ground ( you'll have to research it, I am typing one handed-and have starving children at the moment).. starting my fund for a grinder!

What a beautiful day for a walk to the library this afternoon!
