Great books!

 Some new(used) books arrived in the mail last week that my children have already been busy reading.
I heard about them from a friend who loves books, and has great taste, and I love how she teaches her children! (thank you, Nancy!) To my surprise, I had inherited the green one in the middle from my grandmother from England, which is an older version(and the gold lettering is wearing off), and my kids have read that one many times already. My oldest likes to read it to the younger ones.. and when she is called to 'read to the baby', when I am busy, she has always picked that book.. I never noticed the title before... The set is called "My Book House".Anyway, I love building our home library!

My kids are also lovin' listening to Jim Weiss these winter days.. we have several audio CD's  and will keep adding to our collection. They can make a fort and use the "music box", (I love 4 year old terms for things, it's the CD player) and a flashlight or whatever as long as they can listen..

I guess it's time to get serious about the day.. I thank the Lord that I am feeling better. But still a little run down, I get worn out if I am doing too much.
