The barbies said they are cold!

Get some warm clothes on those poor "barbies"..

Our 5 year old had a birthday party to go to the other day. So Davia and I made barbie clothes for the birthday gift. This gal was gracious to try on the clothes for me.. later she told me how she would love a hat too... that she was cold.. it's 6 below, so I can understand and relate! I told her I would make her some warm clothes..

she must have told all of her "sisters", cause they have come to me too, and have said they hardly have anything to keep warm.. My fingers will be busy the next few days, good learning projects! .. and hopefully I will have my partner (Davia,who is learning to knit up anything) to help so we can get these gals dressed for this cold winter!

Here is a skirt I made(and yep, I made the hat! That was fun to do!)

  Here is a lacy poncho that took Davia roughly 5 hours
(two afternoons, but worth the practice).
